Sifu Mwezo Kudumu
For more than four decades, Mwezo has taught Tai Chi, Qigong, breathing, meditation, functional movement, relaxation, and other mind-body practices.
His approach connects time-tested movement principles with clear, practical instruction. Students learn to notice posture, weight shifts, breath, and tension, then use that awareness to move with more ease in everyday life.
In this free introduction, Mwezo will make the fundamentals approachable for beginners while giving experienced movers a calm way to reset after the workday.

When is the class?
The opening class is Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 6:30–7:30 p.m. Pacific Time (9:30–10:30 p.m. Eastern).
Is the introductory class really free?
Yes. The live introductory class is free, and no card or purchase is required. An optional way to continue practicing may be shared afterward.
Do I need Tai Chi experience?
Not at all. The class is designed for complete beginners as well as people returning to mindful movement.
Where does the class happen?
The class is live online, so you can join from a comfortable space at home. Access instructions will be sent by email.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Wear comfortable clothing and make a little room to stand and move. A chair can be kept nearby if you prefer additional support.
How do I complete my registration?
